He has experience strategically managing patent portfolios and strategies for large international companies as well as start-up ventures.

Greg has been recognized multiple times by Super Lawyers Magazine as a Rising Star in Intellectual Property Law. He has also been voted by his peers throughout the state of Utah as one of Utah’s “Legal Elite” in the category of Intellectual Property as published in Utah Business Magazine.
Prior to founding Keller Jolley Preece, Greg was a shareholder for a nationally recognized law firm in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Even with a demanding schedule of legal work and quality time spent with his wife and five kids, Greg has completed the LOTOJA Classic—a grueling 200 mile bike race gaining 7,500 feet of elevation over three mountain passes–four times.
