Clerk Responsibilities

• Respond to Office Actions from the Patent Office.
• Draft client recommendations for how to manage individual cases.
• Participate in Examiner interviews.
• Draft patent applications including claims, specifications, and drawings.
• Receive one-on-one training and feedback from partners and associates.
• Participate in daily personal interaction with other partners and associates.
