Ben Miskin

Partner

Ben Miskin, partner at Keller Preece, focuses primarily on U.S. and foreign patent prosecution. Ben also advises clients on other areas of intellectual property, including trademark matters.

While Ben’s primary experience concerns the preparation and prosecution of patent applications covering software and Internet technologies, Ben also has experience with numerous other technology areas, including semiconductors, mining equipment, and medical imaging technologies.

Ben attended law school at the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University. Prior to law school, Ben graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. He received various awards and scholarships while attending Brigham Young University, including membership in the Golden Key International Honour Society.

Outside the office, Ben enjoys playing and watching sports, reading, and spending time with his family.
